Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item and sending it back according to the provided instructions. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged. In cases where an exchange is approved due to our error, we will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Inspection and Approval

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. If the item meets our return conditions, the return or exchange will be approved. If the item does not meet the eligibility requirements, it may be returned to the customer at their expense or rejected without refund.

Refund Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within forty-eight hours of delivery with clear photos or video evidence. Failure to report such issues within this timeframe may result in the request being declined.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and will be treated according to this Return and Exchange Policy.

Refusal of Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with this policy or show signs of misuse, wear, or damage caused after delivery.
